Q: How long will it take before my item is sent to me?
A: If the item is an Instant Download, then instantly! It should available through your receipt via email or, if you made an account during checkout, it will be available in your orders. If it’s a custom digital item, I usually send them to you within one day of purchase, but it may take longer if I’m out of town or it’s a weekend. Check the current turnaround time here.
Q: How can I have this customized?
A: If the item is not already a custom order piece (in which case, you can customize the text anyway you want), contact me and let me know how you want to further customize an item. I will let you know how much extra it will cost to customize it to your specifications. If you agree to the price, I’ll send you the custom listing. Once you purchase the custom order, I’ll get started making your one of a kind item!
Q: Can I have different text than what is shown in the item's picture?
A: If it is a custom item, such as an invitation, then yes! You can send me any text you want to include and I will make it look amazing! Other items can be customized for an additional fee.
Q: Where can I print my digital order item?
A: Anywhere you want! All my digital items are designed to be printed on home printers or at professional print shops like Kinkos/FedEx or online by companies like mpix.com. If you want to have an invitation printed at a photo printer store or on a special photo printer, let me know when you order it so that I can adjust the color settings for photo printing which uses RGB instead of CMYK. Most (but not all) items are designed to print on 8.5″ by 11″ paper and the invitations can be setup that way too. Please read the individual listings item descriptions to learn more about the specific file in which you are interested.
Q: I want this design, but in a different color/size/style. Can you make a custom color for me?
A: Probably. It depends on the item, but if you want a custom item, I’m always willing to work with you. Contact me with your request and I’ll see what I can do.
Q: Do you send a proof prior to purchase?
A: No, instead if you have any changes, you’re allowed one free round of changes to make your item perfect. If you’re buying a printed item, I will send you a digital proof after purchase.
Q: I saw a set of files for sale, but I only want one of the files. Can I buy just one of the (games, labels, etc)?
A: Yes, the games, labels, etc can be purchased individually. Contact me if you can not find a listing for the file you want.
Q: Can you print my item for me and ship it to me?
A: Yes, I can. To print an item, I charge a price per item. It depends on which item it is, but the prices range from $1 each for small items to $5 each for double sided invitations on 120lb cardstock and more for large items. Shipping is extra and depends on your location. If you want like to have an item printed and shipped to you, request a custom order with the details of what you want, how many you need, and your location and I’ll let you know the exact price.
Q: I have an idea for an item I want. Can you make it for me?
A: Yes, I probably can! Send me the details of what you’re looking for and I’ll let you know if it’s possible, how long it will take and how much it will cost.
Q: How are Editable items edited by me?
A: All the “editable” items you see in my shop are Adobe PDF Forms. The fonts are embedded and the words can be edited by you using Adobe Reader. You must use Adobe Reader (or Acrobat) to edit the form fields. If you open the file in another program, it may strip out the embedded font in which case you will need to download a fresh file. Please read the individual listings “Item Details” to learn more about the specific file in which you are interested.
Q: My item is printing blurry or too light to read. What do I do?
A: You need to set the print quality to the best quality possible. This setting is under your printer properties in the print setting. The setting are unique to your printer, but it should say something like Print Quality and you should set it to “Best” or “High Quality Photo” etc. Text and Draft options don’t use enough ink to create high quality images.
Q: Is this website connected to Etsy?
A: No, I have an Etsy shop, but I built this website to allow me to sell more items individually. Etsy charges fees for every item I list so it is not cost effective for me to list games and other small items individually. It would also make my shop too cluttered. Here, I can group items under one listing so it’s easy to find and buy just the items you want. You will not see your purchases made here in your Etsy account. You can use Paypal to checkout this site through.
Q: I bought the wrong digital item, can I return or exchange it?

A: If you bought the wrong item, don’t download the file. Once you download a file, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. Because they are digital they cannot physically be returned, so you’re basically asking to have something for free. If you contact me before downloading an item, I’m happy to exchange or refund it.
Q: Why does it cost extra to make a custom order?

A: Because you’re paying a designer to make something just for you, exactly the way you want it. Many of the items I sell are premade digital items that are available for Instant Download, just like a song on iTunes. You wouldn’t expect a recording artist to custom make a song for you for $.99 just as graphic designers and artists shouldn’t be expected to do extra work for free. When you buy a custom order, you’re receiving a one-of-a-kind item made just the way you want it.


Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only if there is a problem with the item. Digital items cannot be returned after you have received or downloaded them. If you’re unhappy with an item, please let me know and I will do my best to fix any problems. Custom items cannot be cancelled once they have been emailed to you or have gone into production. An Instant Download order can only be cancelled if you have not downloaded the files. You can’t physically return it, so please don’t ask me for a refund. Please read descriptions prior to purchase.

I cannot proof read content
I’m a terrible proof reader and I can’t be liable for that. Please proof all your text and get it just the way you want it BEFORE you send it to me. If you make a mistake, I offer a one time correction within 2 weeks of ordering, but after that you would have to pay a $5 fee and I have to remake the item. After all, you’re paying me for the time I spend working on your item. If I make a mistake, please let me know! I will always fix my own mistakes for free 🙂

You cannot resell or share an item or use it commercially
I work hard on these items, please don’t share them with others. Referral coupon codes can be given if you’d like to share an item with a group of people.  For information about licensing a product, please contact me.
