Use these editable signs as photo props for your child’s birthday! You can edit the content for multiple children or reuse it each year to include the same design as they age. Simply open the file in Adobe Reader and edit the words.
WHAT YOU CAN EDIT
You can edit the white text for the Name, Age, Height, Weight, Grade, what they Love, School, What they want to be, Nicknames, Favorite Food, Book & Song.
>>YOU CANNOT EDIT the colored text or “My” and “Birthday!” You can only change the font, font size or color of the editable text IF you have Adobe Acrobat Pro (Paid Version).

- Open with ADOBE READER ONLY.
- You can download Reader for free here: get.adobe.com/reader/
DO NOT OPEN THE FILE WITH ANYTHING EXCEPT ADOBE READER - It will strip out the embedded font.

- Edit the text
- Print them at home or though a print store (i.e. Costco, Office Depot, Shutterfly, etc.)
- For 8"x10," set the print size to "Custom Scale: 50%".
- Convert to JPG for Photo Printers through Adobe Acrobat or online for free at: pdf2jpg.net
- White Photo Paper will work best for printing.
Solving Common Problems
- If the file will not save, update Adobe Reader.
- If the black ink is bleeding into the text, use photo paper.
- If the border is cut off by your frame, scale the image down in the print size.
- If you can't edit the editable words, make sure you're using Adobe Reader. If you open it with another program, it will not work.
For your child’s safety, be aware of what information you post about a child on social media. Never publicly share your child’s name and location.
