You can fill in their Age, Height, Weight, what they can do now, what they’re loving now. You can updated it and reprint it each month!
This listing includes 1 digital pdf file designed to be printed at 16″ by 20″ or 8″ by 10″. You can also print at 11″x14″, but the edges will be slightly cropped.

Once you purchase this item, you will receive an email with a download link for the included pdf files and instructions file. You can download and edit it and then print it at home or though a print store (i.e. Costco, Office Depot, Shutterfly etc.)
- You must use ADOBE READER to edit the pdf.
DO NOT OPEN THE FILE WITH ANYTHING EXCEPT ADOBE READER.
You can download it for free here: get.adobe.com/reader/ - It works best printed on White Photo Paper. Cardstock will also work.
- To print it at 8″x10″ set the print size to “Custom Scale: 50%”.
- To print at a photo printers, you can convert the file to a jpg through Adobe Acrobat or for free online at: pdf2jpg.net
